Trainee

As a sales trainee in one of our businesses, you take an attractive 3-year academy education, developed and targeted for sales and consulting in the automotive industry. The education will certainly challenge and strengthen you both professionally and personally. When you start the trainee program with us, you have already completed a high school diploma, HHX, HTX, HF, or similar and have a few years of work experience. So if you are passionate about sales and the automotive industry, a trainee program might be just right for you.

Student or apprentice

As a student or apprentice at NCG, you are either in the process of or have completed a basic course and are looking for a good place to learn and develop. Across our branches in Bayern AutoGroup, British MotorGroup, ERA BILER, May & Olde, Skorstensgaard, and Terminalen, we train mechanics, body technicians, spare parts clerks, and aftermarket assistants, and we have student positions in our competence centers in, for example, Group Finance or Group IT.

Whether you are a student or an apprentice, we offer an educational place where professional and personal development is highly focused. Additionally, we ensure a smooth transition between the theoretical elements of the education and the practical work with us, which will provide a solid foundation for a future career.

Students

In addition to trainee, student, and apprentice programs, we accept interns in internship programs, and we have student assistants employed across the organization, including in customer support, marketing, HR, IT, and finance.
