Nic. Christiansen Group takes over the import of Ford in Denmark
This follows the parties announcing their mutual desire to reach an agreement in December. Negotiations are now complete, and a contract has been signed, meaning that Nic. Christiansen Gruppen is expected to be responsible for importing and distributing Ford in Denmark from the beginning of 2025 - subject to the approval of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Nic. Christiansen Group takes over ownership of Ford Motor Company A/S, which will continue to be the company responsible for import and distribution in the Danish market. At Ford Motor Company A/S, Frank Skjærbæk Pedersen will continue to lead as country manager.
