Vision & strategy

The Nic. Christiansen Group will be the most popular partner and supplier of mobility services in Northern Europe.

The Nic. Christiansen Group has become a strong player in the Scandinavian automotive industry, with importing, retailing and financing activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The group wants to strengthen and expand this leading position by establishing a sound Nordic hub for the sales of mobility services. In a stagnating European automotive market, the strength of the hub concept lies in the full optimisation of the car products' journey, from the factory to the end customer and in the utilisation of synergies between culturally uniform markets. Additionally, the Nic Christiansen Group can benefit from well-established, central business support functions. This means that for the individual company, energy and resources can be invested to utilise the full potential of the market rather than administrative processes.

Mobility for all
The Christiansen Group currently offers its customers a range of products based around the car. The Strategy Plan aims to make the concept of "mobility" pivotal to the group's activities, so that in the future, focus will be on the creation of new mobility services that satisfy customers' car transportation needs and expectations. Tomorrow's product will thereby be a "mobility purchase" and the way in which finance is structured will become a central element of the product.

Focus on the customer
Nic. Christiansen Group's vision of becoming the most popular partner and supplier of mobility services in Northern Europe means it has to seriously focus on the customer. This specifically means that all of the activities in the group's companies must have a customer-orientated focus, with the aim of creating value and satisfaction for the customer throughout the entire lifetime of the relationship.

For the Nic. Christiansen Group, "Moving – mobility & people" is the paramount mission.
